Lithium battery description:

Lithium polymer batteries (Li-polymer, also known as polymer lithium-ion batteries) have many advantages such as high specific energy, miniaturization, ultra-thinness, light weight and high safety. Based on this advantage, lithium polymer batteries can be made into any shape and capacity to meet the needs of various products; and it is packaged in aluminum-plastic, and internal problems can be immediately manifested through the outer packaging, even if there are potential safety hazards , it will not explode, it will only bulge.

Lithium-ion polymer batteries are generally named with 6 digits, indicating thickness/width/height respectively. For example, PL802040 indicates a lithium-ion polymer battery with a thickness of 8.0mm, a width of 20mm and a height of 40mm, where PL indicates the battery It belongs to the polymer category. The production process of lithium-ion polymer batteries generally adopts laminated flexible packaging, so the size change is very flexible and convenient, and there are relatively many models.

Apart from cell, let us discuss the PCM(protection board). It equips with IC chip and Moseft to the protection of lithium-ion battery from overcharge、over discharge over current and short-circuit. Following are product performance:

Recommending Usage

  1. Please read the battery instructions and the label on its surface before using.
  2. Use the battery indoors under normal conditions, temperature: (25±3)oC, relative humidity: 65%±20%.
  3. While using, the battery shall be kept away from heat, high voltage environment and avoided children’s touching. Do not drop the battery.
  4. Use the compatible charger. Do not put the battery into the charger more than 24hours.
  5. Do not touch contacts together. Do not demolish or assembly the battery by yourself. Do not put the battery in a damp place so as to avoid danger.
  6. When the battery was stored for a long time, put it well in its half capacity state. Do not wrap it with conductive material to avoid the damage caused by the direct contact between the metal and battery.
  7. Keep the battery in a cool and dry place. Well-disposed the disused battery.
  8. Do not put it into fire or water.
