Intelligent battery design scheme:

Protection board (PCM): It is mainly a protection circuit designed for rechargeable intelligent battery packs. Due to the chemical characteristics of lithium batteries, it is necessary to provide intelligent power calculation, overcharge, overdischarge, short circuit, overcurrent and overtemperature protection functions. . To avoid fire, explosion and other hazards.

Protection IC (Protection IC): The main protection function chip of the design scheme, which performs online monitoring of overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, short circuit and other functions of the cell. Make the cells work in a safe, stable and efficient range.

Overcurrent Protection Sheet (PTC): Mainly designed for secondary protection function. PTC resettable fuse with overcurrent protection, automatic recovery dual function. The PTC in the battery product can prevent the high temperature discharge of the battery and the occurrence of unsafe high current.

Field-effect transistor (MOSFET): MOSFET plays a switching role in the protection circuit, so that the voltage across the load will never increase or decrease, ensuring voltage stability.
