Notes on installation and use of lithium batteries packs:

  1. Strict anti-static measures must be taken when testing, installing and touching the protection board! To avoid electrostatic shock to the product.
  2. In order to ensure that the protection board is damaged by accidental short circuit and leakage interference, the battery pack wiring wire must go to the side of the PCB board, and try to avoid passing through the front and back of the PCB board.
  3. When welding the output wire, it is necessary to choose a power wire with a suitable diameter for the load, so as to prevent accidents such as fire and abnormal work caused by heat generation and excessive line voltage drop caused by high current discharge.
  4. When installing the protection board, care should be taken to avoid damage to the protection board due to mechanical pressure, and the assembly should not be too tight or forcibly squeezed.
  5. During use, be careful not to touch the components on the circuit board, such as lead heads, iron, tin slag, etc., otherwise the circuit board may be damaged.
  6. During use, pay attention to anti-static, waterproof, moisture-proof, etc.
  7. For larger battery packs, the batteries should be placed in a reasonably safe location during and after charging, and children should not touch them.
