The cycle life is long, generally up to 500 times.

Measuring instrument and equipment requirements

  • Measure the voltage meter accuracy should be not less than 0.5 on the Richter scale, Ω resistance shall be not less than 10 k/V
  • Measure the current meter accuracy shall be not less than 0.5
  • The instrument accuracy measuring time shall be not less than + / – 0.1%
  • Measuring temperature meter accuracy shall be not less than plus or minus + / –
  • Impedance instrumentation requirements: measuring impedance should by sinusoidal alternating(1KHZ) test
  • Measuring instrument accuracy is not lower than 0.02 mm size
  • Weighing the quality of the instruments is not less than 0.1g

Standard charging mode

Standard temperature 25±3℃ Charging battery consists of charging at a constant current rate of 0.2 C5A until the battery voltage reaches 4.2V .then battery be charged at a constant voltage of 4.2V while tapering the charge current. Terminal charge until the charging current drops to 0.02C. Anyway, the total charge time for one cycle is not more than 8 hours.

Standard Discharge mode

Standard temperature 25±3℃ discharge to the cut-off voltage with 0.2 C5A current.

Initial Capacity

The standard charge mode for charging, then the standard discharge mode to discharge, measured for the first time the battery capacity is the initial capacity.

FAQ:

  1. What’s the product warranty time?
    The period of warranty is one year from the date of shipment. HLC guarantees to give a replacement in case of battery with defects proven due to the manufacturing process instead of the customer abuse and misuse.
  2. How long will customers receive samples?
    Generally, it requires 7~15 days for sampling. We will do capacity grading before adding PCM. After soldering PCM, we will do a whole performance test before delivering out.
  3. What does the safety performance testing include?
    They include over-charge protection, over-discharge protection, short-circuit protection, forced discharge, overcharge, vibration, short test, soak test, crush test, free fall.
