6 series of 18650 theoretically have a no-load voltage of 25.2v when fully charged, but this is the open-circuit voltage. Once a load is applied, the voltage drops, and the greater the load, the greater the voltage drop.
This is the voltage curve of LG and Lishen 2600 at 1C discharge. You will find that under 1C load, the voltage of LG26000 is below 3.7V most of the time, the average voltage is only 3.5V, and the 6 series are 12V. That is about half the time, the output voltage of the battery pack will be less than 21V. When the battery pack just discharges 3/4 of the power, the inverter will shut down the low-voltage protection. It would be better if it was replaced by a domestic force.
And to replace that kind of electric car battery, you need two bottles. Although the electric vehicle battery rarely discharges at 1C, its monomer capacity is above 20Ah, and the current of 0.2C can reach 4A.
Reverse your load according to the principle of the inverter. Assuming you are using Lishen 2600 battery cells, 6 series and 4 parallels, fully charged, your inverter efficiency is about 93%. Then when the battery cell is discharged at 1C, the power of your electrical appliance will be 220W. When this is still fully charged, as the voltage of the single battery gets lower and lower, its current will increase, which is a vicious cycle. So in fact, you will find that even the Lishen 2600mAh battery cannot release its full power. 220W, a micro electric kettle also needs 500W.
Of course, it does not mean that high-power electrical appliances cannot be carried. Lishen 2600 power battery, according to experience, can last for a maximum discharge of 5C. According to the calculation of 6 series and 4 parallels, it is not a problem to bring a miniature electric kettle. However, with 6 strings, over-discharge is still not enough. With high-power electrical appliances, when the voltage drops to a certain extent, the inverter will first protect against under-voltage. At this time, the battery pack has a lot of power.
So if you want to use as much battery power as possible on the 24V inverter, preferably 7 series. If you want to use high-power electrical appliances, at least get 13 series and 5 parallel, and add a 48V inverter, so that the assembled battery can also be used in electric vehicles.
